    Educar el inconsciente emocional matemático es posible y recomendable, pero es insuficiente si no se educa también el inconsciente cognitivo matemático. Se propone un conjunto de estrategias prácticas que facilitan la enseñanza/aprendizaje de las asignaturas numéricas, y mejoran la gestión emocional, tanto de profesores como de alumnos, para vencer el miedo y la ansiedad que provoca su instrucción o su estudio.

    Educating the mathematical emotional unconscious is possible and recommended, but it is insufficient if the mathematical cognitive unconscious is not also educated. A set of practical strategies are proposed in order to facilitate the teaching/learning of numerical subjects and improve the emotional management of both teachers and students, to overcome the fear and anxiety generated by their instruction or study.
