Resumen de Prescripción de una TIC desde la consulta de enfermería: caso clínico

  Descripción del caso: durante el desarrollo de una consulta del programa de seguimiento de salud infantil (consulta de niño sano), el enfermero opta por recomendar a la familia un recurso web de salud, concretamen-te la plataforma “Ventana Abierta a la Familia”; aplicando el uso de las TIC en la Salud.“Ventana abierta a la familia’ consiste en una plataforma de comunicación creada por la Consejería de Salud de la Junta de Andalucía destinada a apoyar y asesorar a padres y madres en la crianza infantil.Conclusiones: en este caso, la recomendación de este recurso web ha ayudado a la paciente a conseguir in-formación de calidad, resolviendo sus inquietudes y reduciendo la necesidad de acudir al centro de salud. Es una herramienta que puede contribuir a reducir los costes y a aumentar la productividad. La vivencia de la paciente respecto a la intervención ha sido satisfactoria y esta plataforma ha permitido apoyar a esta familia en la crianza de su hijo.

  Description of the case: during the development of the monitoring program of chid health (well child visit), the nurse choses the recommendation of a virtual resource of health for the family, concretely the platform “Ventana abierta a la familia” (Open window for the family), applying the use of the ICTs tools in the Health. “Ventana abierta a la familia” consists of a platform of communication created by the Health Council of the Andalusian Regional Government designed to support and advise parents in child rearing. Conclusions: in this case, the recommendation of this virtual resource has helped the patient to get qualified information, addressing his/her concerns and reducing the necessity of visiting the Health Centre. It is a tool which can contribute to reduce the costs and increase the productivity. The life experience of the patient with regard to the intervention has been satisfactory and this platform has allowed the supporting to this family in their child rearing.
