  Partiendo de los elementos centrales de la regulación del deporte profesional en la vigente ley estatal del deporte, y haciendo referencia a la evolución experimentada en los últimos años, en la que se puede apreciar una creciente publificación, en el presente trabajo nos ocuparemos de la regulación que al respecto se prevé en el proyecto de ley del deporte que entró en el legislativo a finales de 2021, de en qué medida da respuesta a los problemas que pretende resolver, y del modelo de regulación que proyecta para el futuro.

  In this paper we begin by exposing the central elements of the regulation of professional sports in the current Law of Sport, and referring to the evolution experienced in recent years in Spain, in which a growing publification can be seen. We will deal with the regulation that in this regard is foreseen in the Sports Bill that entered the legislature at the end of 2021, to what extent it responds to the problems it intends to solve, and the regulation model that it projects for the future.
