Este artículo estudia como la pertenencia a un equipo de fútbol o, el fútbol mismo, es una forma de entender la vida para algunos aficionados. Este artículo determina que la protección jurídica de esta forma de entender la vida se puede garantizar a través del derecho fundamental de libertad de conciencia que incluye cuatro dimensiones: el derecho a la libre formación de la conciencia; el derecho a su libre expresión; el derecho a comportarse conforme a la misma y el derecho a agruparse con otros que comparten nuestras mismas convicciones. En todas estas dimensiones se deja ver la influencia del fútbol como forma de entender la vida u opción vital.
This paper studies how belonging to a football team, or football itself, is a way of living for some fans. This paper determines that the legal protection of this way of understanding life can be guaranteed through the fundamental right to freedom of conscience, which includes four dimensions: the right to the free formation of conscience; the right to its free expression; the right to behave in accordance with it and the right to group with others who share our same convictions. In all these dimensions, the influence of football as a way of understanding life or lifestyle can be seen.
