    El presente artículo está destinado a los entrenadores y practicantes de las Artes Marciales Mixtas para orientar mediante la Defensa Integral Deportiva (DID) cómo planificar el entrenamiento de la preparación física, técnica y táctica. Esta disciplina es interés de los profesores de las Artes Marciales Mixtas en Camagüey por las relaciones  generales de las actividades competitivas de estos deportes, por tal motivo se declara como objetivo, implementar orientaciones metodológicas para la dirección del proceso de entrenamiento para los técnicos y entrenadores en la iniciación de la Defensa Integral Deportiva en las Artes Marciales Mixtas de Camagüey. Para lo cual fue necesario emplear varios  instrumentos de la investigación, dando al autor la iniciativa de crear un sistema de combate que les permita mediante la evidencia documental describir las características de las acciones físicas, técnicas, psicopedagógicas y educativas. Estas orientaciones metodológicas develaron la clasificación en diferentes eventos nacionales como el Taekwondo y el Kickboxing, destacándose el sexo femenino, con aportes a la EIDE para el Taekwondo.

    The present article is dedicated to the trainers and practitioners of the Mixed Martial Arts to guide by means of the Sport Integral Defense (DID) how to plan the training of the physical preparation, technique and tactics. This discipline is the professors' of the Mixed Martial Arts interest in Camagüey for the general relationships of the competitive activities of these sports, for such a reason it is declared as objective, to implement methodological orientations for the address of the process of training for the technicians and trainers in the initiation of the Sport Integral Defense in the Mixed Martial Arts of Camagüey. For that which was necessary to use several instruments of the investigation, giving the author the initiative of creating a combat system that it allows them by means of the documental evidence to describe the characteristics of the physical, technical actions, psicopedagógicas and educational. These orientations methodological to visualizing the classification in different national events as the Taekwondo and the Kickboxing, standing out the feminine sex, with contributions to the EIDE for the Taekwondo.
