El fortalecimiento del sistema no jurisdiccional de protección de los derechos humanos resulta importante para garantizar la salvaguarda de estas prerrogativas en el Estado mexicano a través de los ombudsman. El presente estudio ofrece una breve revisión a las reformas constitucionales hechas al apartado B del artículo 102 constitucional para conocer la evolución que ha tenido el sistema no jurisdiccional de protección de los derechos humanos en México, y de esta manera identificar los retos y obstáculos que se vislumbran para que estos organismos continúen consolidándose.

The strengthening of the non-jurisdictional system of protection of human rights is important to guarantee the safeguarding of these prerogatives in the Mexican State through the Ombudsman. The present study offers a brief review of the constitutional reforms made to section B of Article 102 of the Constitution to know the evolution of the non-jurisdictional system for the protection of human rights in Mexico, and in this way identify the challenges and obstacles that they glimpse so that these organisms continue to consolidate.
