The contribution deals with a theme that is only partially discussed in the current doctrinal panorama, namely that of non-fungible tokens used for the enhancement and growth of cultural heritage in areas destroyed due to environmental disasters. The phenomenon is analyzed in the dual perspective of domestic civil law and private international law, also taking into consideration the legislation relating to the protection of works of art and cultural heritage of UNESCO. The contribution is divided into two parts: the first analyzes the juridical nature, the effects, the intersections with other subjects, of the non fungible tokens and their interrelation with art; the second, on the other hand, analyzes, more specifically, the possibility of using NFTs as a springboard for the cities of art destroyed due to natural disasters. All analyzed from the point of view of multilevel legality (also called reticular).

Il contributo affronta un tema solo in parte discusso nel panorama dottrinale attuale, ovvero quello dei non fungible tokens utilizzati per la valorizzazione e la crescita dei beni culturali nelle aree distrutte a causa dei disastri ambientali. Il fenomeno viene analizzato nella duplice prospettiva del diritto civile interno e del diritto internazionale privato, prendendo anche in esame la normativa relativa alla protezione delle opere d’arte e dei beni culturali dell’Unesco. Il contributo si divide in due parti: la prima analizza la natura giuridica, gli effetti, le intersezioni con altre materie, dei non fungible tokens e la loro interrelazione con l’arte; la seconda, invece, analizza, più nello specifico, la possibilità di utilizzo dei NFT come trampolino di lancio per le città d’arte distrutte a causa di disastri naturali. Il tutto analizzato nell’ottica della legalità multilivello (chiamata anche reticolare).
