The paper examines the main problems coming out of the institution of the Ministry of Tourism by the decree-law n° 22 of the 1st of March 2021. Moreover, it analyses the prospects of the new body, given the regional legislative competence with tourism provided by the Constitution, the emergency legislation and the objectives set by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRPP).

Il contributo esamina le principali problematiche poste dalla istituzione del Ministero del turismo d.l. 1° marzo 2021 n. 22, conv. nella l. 22 aprile 2021 n. 55, analizzandone le prospettive di azione alla luce della competenza legislativa regionale residuale in materia, con particolare riguardo alle funzioni attribuite nel quadro dell’emergenza sanitaria e dal PNRR.
