Resumen de La LOMLOE y sus controversias ante la ausencia de un pacto educativo en España

  Desde hace años, el sistema educativo español está sumergido en un aparente proceso de acuerdo social y político en el marco de la educación, cuyo pacto educativo proporcionaría un sistema estable, que al parecer no termina de germinar. En este artículo pretendemos reflexionar sobre el pacto educativo en España y la LOMLOE. Para ello, hemos analizado el debate social y político que ha suscitado la propia ley en todo su proceso, desde su propuesta en el Consejo de Ministros hasta su aprobación en el Congreso de los Diputados. Con una metodología cualitativa analítica, desde la hermenéutica crítica, hemos analizado los diarios de sesiones del Congreso y las 1.168 enmiendas presentadas. Asimismo, recogemos las valoraciones que los agentes sociales han realizado sobre la tramitación y aprobación de esta nueva ley educativa.

  For years, the Spanish educational system has been immersed in an apparent process of social and political agreement within the framework of education, whose educational pact would provide a stable system, which apparently does not finish germinating. In this article we intend to reflect on the educational pact in Spain and the LOMLOE. To do this, we have analyzed the social and political debate that the law itself has raised throughout its process, from its proposal in the Council of Ministers to its approval in the Congress of Deputies. Using a qualitative analytical methodology, from critical hermeneutics, we have analyzed the diaries of Congress sessions and the 1,168 amendments presented. Likewise, we collect the assessments that social agents have made on the processing and approval of this new educational law.
