    La denuncia de los del general ha provocado un proceso cuyas fases se traducen en los testimonios de hechos que se insertan en la sentencia ejecutoria emitida por la Real Audiencia de Sevilla. No se conoce la fecha de la petición inicial, ni de algunos de los testimonios de hechos incluidos en la sentencia, pero sí que la demanda se presentó antes de mediados de octubre de 1803. El proceso duró poco más de tres años y se resolvió con la sentencia definitiva favorable a la parte demandante, el 14 de noviembre de 1806, y concluyó el 20 de marzo de 1807, después de que la sentencia fuese enviada al Ayuntamiento de Tocina para su conocimiento y la inclusión en el libro de actas capitulares. Del pleito por la mitad de oficios solo se ha conservado el memorial, la provisión ejecutoria con la sentencia, no los documentos originales del sumario del expediente. El traslado de aquellos forma el expositivo de la ejecutoria: los testimonios de hechos, gracias a los cuales conocemos la secuencia del proceso y nos permiten trazar la trama de esta historia.

    After the complaint, begins the process, whose phases are the testimonies of facts that are inserted in the final judgment issued by the Royal Court of Seville. Although there is no exact indication of the date of the initial request, nor of some of the testimonies of facts are included in the sentence, we do know that the lawsuit was filed before mid-October 1803. The process lasted just over three years and was resolved with the definitive ruling favorable to the plaintiff: those of the general state, on November 14, 1806, and concluded on March 20, 1807, after the ruling was sent to the Town Hall of Tocina for its knowledge and to be included in the chapter minutes book. Only the memorial has been preserved of the lawsuit for half of the offices, but not the original documents of the summary of the file.

    Their relocation forms the expository of the executive : the testimonies of the facts, thanks to which we know the sequence of the process and allow us to trace the plot of this story.
