  El objetivo fue asociar y correlacionar tiempo de confinamiento y actividad física (AF) con la imagen corporal (IC) en población Chilena en pandemia. Estudio cuantitativo descriptivo, correlacional. Participaron 1.038 personas, 426 hombres, 609 mujeres y 3 personas que no manifestaron género. Se utilizó encuesta con para datos generales y Body Shape Questionnarie (BSQ). Nivel de confinamiento y tiempo de confinamiento, no se correlacionan con nivel de Escala BSQ. El nivel de confinamiento sí se correlaciona, con sumatoria de escala BSQ con baja fuerza estadística. Días de la semana y tiempo de AF, sí presentan correlación (p=< 0,01) con el nivel y sumatoria de Escala BSQ. Se concluye que hay correlación entre el tiempo semanal de AF con el nivel BSQ, quiénes tuvieron mayor preocupación por su IC tienen niveles bajos de AF y quienes tienen un mayor nivel de AF no presentan niveles altos de preocupación por la IC.

  The objective was to associate and correlate confinement time and physical activity (PA) with body image (BI) in a Chilean population in pandemic. Descriptive, correlational quantitative study. 1,038 people participated, 426 men, 609 women and 3 people who did not manifest gender. A survey with for general data and Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ) was used. Confinement level and confinement time do not correlate with the BSQ Scale level. The level of confinement does correlate, with a BSQ scale summation with low statistical strength. Days of the week and time of PA do show correlation (p = <0.01) with the level and summation of the BSQ Scale. It is concluded that there is a correlation between the weekly time of PA with the BSQ level, those who were more concerned about their HF have low levels of PA and those who have a higher level of PA do not present high levels of concern about BI.
