Resumen de Estudio del perfil del parricida en la jurisprudencia española de la dos primeras décadas del siglo XXI

Los asesinatos a manos de los propios padres de las víctimas no son algo nuevo sino que se han cometido a lo largo de la historia. Existe una serie de variables que dan forma al perfil de este tipo de sujetos, las cuales se analizarán basándose en veinticinco sentencias recogidas de las dos últimas décadas de la jurisprudencia española. Se han descartado, a propósito, aquellas en las que medien alteraciones psicológicas para demostrar que hay personas plenamente dotadas de la capacidad cognitiva y volitiva, capaces de cometer estos actos. Estas variables son: padre/madre, estado civil, circunstancias personales, contexto, modus operandi, arma utilizada, métodos de aproximación y de ataque, edad de la víctima y arrepentimiento. También se examinarán las distintas motivaciones de estos parricidas.

Murders by parents are not something new but they have been committed throughout history. There is a serie of variables, which shape the profile of this type of subject that will be analysed on the basis of twenty five sentences obtained from last two decades of Spanish jurisprudence. Those sentences where psychological alterations intercede were rejected in order to demonstrate that there are people with full cognitive and volitive abilities, who are able to commit these acts. These variables are: father/mother, marital status, personal circumstances, context, modus operandi, used weapon, closeness and attack methods, age of the victim and regret. In addition, the different motivations of these parricides will be examined.
