La imagen de la ciudad histórica llega hasta nuestros días como un mosaico que nos muestra las huellas que a lo largo de los siglos han marcado las generaciones anteriores. Huellas de una forma de vivir y de entender las relaciones entre los espacios públicos y privados, entre las gentes y las instituciones, huellas que se superponen cargando de matices la percepción de la ciudad como organismo complejo y vivo.

The image of a historic city reaches our day as a mosaic showing us the traces left, throughout the centuries, the previous generations. These are the traces of their way of life and their way of understanding the relations between public and private space, between people and the institutions, traces that superimpose, filling the perception of the city, as a complex and living organism, with nuances.
