    El presente artículo es una aproximación al concepto de responsabilidad del menor infractor en dos cuerpos legales: la Ley Orgánica de Protección al niño y al adolescente de Venezuela y la Ley de justicia penal juvenil de España. Se presenta la aproximación a un estudio comparado del abordaje que se hace en cada Ley a la infracción del menor y la manera como cada una de ellas plantea la sanción de la misma. Así mismo, se describe brevemente las características de las mismas leyes en algunos países de América Latina.

    The present article is an approximation to the concept of responsibility of the inobservant minor in two legal bodies: the Organic Law of Protection to the child and to the teenager of Venezuela and the Law of penal juvenile justice of Spain. One presents a compared study of the boarding that is done in every Law to the infraction of the minor and the way like each of them raises the sanction of the same one. The comparison approaches the content of every articulated one in which one legislates in the notable matter
