    Las normas de DDHH Y DIH pretenden disminuir el impacto de la violencia y devastación en el que la guerra transforma la vida de miles de personas al convertirlas en víctimas. Sin embargo, resultan insuficientes frente a las violaciones masivas de DDHH que diariamente se cometen contra la población mundial, por parte de: Estados, combatientes y terroristas. Por lo que en un enfoque analítico y descriptivo se ha delimitado el conflicto armado desde la perspectiva del drama humano representado en estadísticas, que hagan entender a la comunidad internacional quienes son los verdaderos perdedores de la guerra

    The norms of Human Rights and IHL aim to reduce the impact of violence and devastation in which war transforms the lives of thousands of people by turning them into victims. However, they are insufficient in the face of the massive violations of human rights that are committed daily against the world population, by: States, combatants and terrorists. So in an analytical and descriptive approach has been defined the armed conflict from the perspective of the human drama represented in statistics, to make the international community understand who are the real losers of the war
