    La colaboración, después de haber rastreado ampliamente los orígenes de la hagiografía, la hagiología y la codicología - deteniéndose sobre todo en la actividad investigadora de los Bolandistas a partir del siglo XVII -, se concentra en los problemas relacionados con la edición crítica de una obra hagiográfica, profundizando sobre todo las diferentes relaciones que existen entre los manuscritos y el texto de referencia a través de numerosos ejemplos de los siglos XIII Y XIV.

    This contribution first traces, in a general way, the origins of hagiography, hagiology and codicology, attending above all to the research activity of the Bollandists since the seventeenth century. It then concentrates on the problematics associated with a critical edition of an hagiographical work. In so doing, it examines more deeply, above all, the different relationschips between the manuscriptis and the reference text, which it does through numerous examples from the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries.
