    El autor aborda en este artículo algunos de los desafíos más apremiantes con los que se enfrenta hoy la administración de justicia en la Iglesia y en la sociedad. Entre estos desafíos se hallan, desde la crisis de credibilidad que atraviesa la administración de justicia en la Iglesia, hasta algunas cuestiones apremiantes a las que atender en el campo de los procesos matrimoniales, penales y administrativos. Se ofrecen algunas pautas de futuro y estrategias de superación de esta crisis en consonancia con la naturaleza del Derecho eclesial y la función social que corresponde a la misma actividad procesal.

    In this article, the author addresses some of the most pressing challenges facing the administration of justice in the Church and in society today. These challenges include, from the credibility crisis that the administration of justice is going through in the Church, to some pressing issues to be addressed in the field of matrimonial, criminal and administrative proceedings. Some guidelines for the future and strategies for overcoming this crisis are offered in line with the nature of ecclesial law and the social function that corresponds to the same procedural activity.
