    Estudiamos en este trabajo algunas de las ventas y mesones que se construyeron en tierras del reino de Granada tras la conquista de los Reyes Católicos. Los documentos que hemos logrado reunir nos ofrecen una perpectiva muy interesantes sobre este asunto. Las ventas y mesones se convierten en lugares esenciales para los viajeros, caminantes y mercaderes que van de unas tierras a otras. Además, recogemos otras noticias sobre este tipo de construcciones y su funcionamiento, en especial sobre precios y mantenimiento de hombres y animales.

    We study in this work some of the sales and inns that were built in the lands of the kingdom of Granada after the conquest of the Catholic Monarchs. The documents that we have managed to gather give us a very interesting perspective on this matter. Sales and inns become essential places for travelers, walkers and merchants who go from one land to another. In addition, we collect other news about this type of construction and its operation, especially about prices and maintenance of men and animals.
