Resumen de Características éticas y lingüísticas de los textos jurídico-administrativos: una visión desde los componentes del entorno de la acción comunicativa

  Los textos jurídico-administrativos tienen una superestructura y una intención comunicativa que los distingue de los demás tipos de textos. El propósito de la investigación fue analizar las características éticas y lingüísticas del texto jurídico-administrativo y la presencia de los componentes de la acción comunicativa según los preceptos de la teoría habermasiana. La fundamentación teórica se sustentó en autores como Van Dijk (1978), Van Dijk y Kintsch (1983), Franco (2004, 2007), Pérez Grajales (1999), Habermas (1989, 1997).

  La metodología fue de carácter descriptiva. Para lograr el propósito propuesto se analizaron dos textos jurídico-administrativos para describir sus características lingüísticas y los componentes del entorno de la acción comunicativa. Los resultados arrojaron que los textos poseen diferentes intenciones comunicativas entre las cuales se destacan argumentar, comprobar un hecho o acontecimiento, establecer normativas para cambiar la conducta de los individuos

  Legal-administrative texts have a superstructure and a communicative intention that distinguishes them from other types of texts. The purpose of the research was to analyze the ethical and linguistic characteristics of the legal-administrative text and the presence of the components of the communicative action according to the precepts of the Habermasian theory. The theoretical foundation was based on authors such as Van Dijk (1978), Van Dijk and Kintsch (1983), Franco (2004, 2007), Pérez Grajales (1999), Habermas (1989, 1997).

  The methodology was descriptive. To achieve the proposed purpose, two legal-administrative texts were analyzed to describe their linguistic characteristics and the components of the communicative action environment. The results showed that the texts have different communicative intentions, including arguing, verifying a fact or event, establishing regulations to change the behavior of individuals.
