Se analiza, desde una perspectiva jurídica y normativa, el nuevo mecanismo en procesos de reestructuración empresarial interna que ha traído la reforma laboral: el Mecanismo RED de Flexibilidad y Estabilización del Empleo. Para ello se hace referencia, no solo al Estatuto de los Trabajadores, sino también a disposiciones concordantes que tienen plena vinculación con este nuevo y útil instrumento jurídico

From a legal perspective, this research analyses the new mechanism in process of internal business reorganisation that has brought the labour reform: the RED Mechanism of Flexibility and Stabilisation of the Employment. For that, we make reference to the Workers’ Statute as well as to the concordant provisions that have full link with this new and useful legal instrument.
