Resumen de Reconstrucción del rol docente de la educación media superior. De enseñante tradicional a enseñante mediador

  Esta investigación fue realizada en el marco de la Reforma Integral de Educación Media Superior a fin de analizar y comprender desde la experiencia de los profesores egresados del Programa de Formación de Docentes para la Educación Media Superior cómo éstos reconstruyen su rol para cambiar de enseñante tradicional a enseñante mediador. El estudio se llevó a cabo en el estado de Aguascalientes; el enfoque teórico fue sociocultural y se utilizó como método la hermenéutica dialéctica. Los diferentes matices que adquiere el aprendizaje de los profesores, las concepciones y prácticas en las que manifiestan cambios, así como las condiciones y razones que favorecen o inhiben la reconstrucción del rol docente, son núcleos de significado que son parte de los resultados, los cuales, a su vez, sirvieron de base para la formulación de las fases del proceso de reconstrucción: la necesidad de aprender y el deseo de cambiar el proceso de aprender y los efectos y resultados del cambio.

  This research was conducted within the framework of the Comprehensive Reform of High School Education in order to analyze and understand from the experience of teachers who had recently graduated from the Teacher's Training Program for High School Teachers how they reconstructed the teaching role during the process that intended to help them change from transmitters of knowledge to mediators of learning. The study was conducted in the State of Aguascalientes; the theoretical approach was sociocultural and used the dialectic Hermeneutics as the research method. The refinement of knowledge, changes in epistemological beliefs and practices, the conditions and reasons that favor or inhibit the reconstruction of the teaching role are kernels of meaning which served as basis for the formulation of stages of the reconstruction process of the teaching role: the need to learn, the desire to change, the process of learning and the effects and results of change.
