    El trabajo se introduce en el abordaje del fenómeno social de los linchamientos. En este sentido, busca problematizar los distintos enfoques y perspectivas que, a finales del siglo XX y a comienzos del siglo XXI, se han dedicado a analizar e investigar sus condiciones de posibilidad, las motivaciones de la acción y su implicancia para/en la sociedad; desde una perspectiva sociológica. Al mismo tiempo, se presentan un conjunto de reflexiones teóricas en las que se propone una perspectiva de estudio que comprende al fenómeno a partir del cruce entre la teoría sobre la acción colectiva y la sociología de los cuerpos/emociones, como vía para comprender los procesos de estructuración socio-urbanos que configuran la ciudad. En función del objetivo propuesto, se sigue la siguiente estrategia argumentativa: 1-un recorrido por distintas perspectivas clásicas que conforman el campo de estudio de esta acción colectiva. 2-Se postula la potencialidad de la perspectiva adoptada para abordar los linchamientos desde una sociología de los cuerpos/emociones como una opción válida para desentramar la lógica de tales acciones. 3-Se abordan las dinámicas socio-urbanas que configuran la ciudad. 4-Finalizando con una breve reflexión de las principales dimensiones propuestas para el análisis.

    This paper introduces the approach to the social phenomenon of lynching. In this sense, it seeks to problematize the different approaches and perspectives that, at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, have been devoted to analyze and investigate its conditions of possibility, the motivations of the action and its implication for/in society; from a sociological perspective. At the same time, a set of theoretical reflections are presented in which a perspective of study is proposed that understands the phenomenon from the crossroads between the theory of collective action and the sociology of bodies/emotions, as a way to understand the processes of socio-urban structuring that shape the city. According to the proposed objective, the following argumentative strategy is followed: 1-A tour through different classical perspectives that make up the field of study of this collective action. 2-The potential of the perspective adopted to approach lynchings from a sociology of bodies/emotions is postulated as a valid option to unravel the logic of such actions. 3-The socio-urban dynamics that shape the city are addressed. 4-Finishing with a brief reflection on the main dimensions proposed for the analysis.
