  • Since antiquity, the term “sphere” has attracted the attention of many intellectuals, including philosophers, mathematicians and exponents of the natural and humanitarian sciences. This article offers a comprehensive study of the evolution of the concept “sphere” in scientific thought, with special emphasis on modern theories of planetary consciousness.
