    Los servicios que se prestan en entornos digitales están siendo objeto de una creciente regulación a nivel europeo. Se trata de normas que van sumándose para conformar el marco jurídico de estos servicios prestados en línea a través de Internet. Sin embargo, resulta difícil identificar la estructura de este marco jurídico ya que estas normas no han sido elaboradas de forma coordinada ni responden a un plan conjunto que permita estructurarlas de forma ordenada. Se hace necesario así identificar y sistematizar toda esta normativa para así poder determinar el régimen jurídico aplicable a cada uno de estos servicios dentro del entorno digital.

    Services provided in digital environments are increasingly being regulated in the European Union. Different acts and regulations are adopted and constitute the legal framework for the Internet online services. However, it is difficult to identify the structure of this legal framework as these rules have not been adopted jointly and do not follow a plan that would allow to sort them. It is therefore necessary to identify and systematize all these acts and regulations in order to determine the legal regime applicable to each of these digital services.
