  Las cooperativas se fundaron para brindar a la sociedad un mejor futuro, en base a las características económicas y sociales, nacidas del socialismo, y el reconocimiento de la necesidad humana por carencia. La moneda, motivó a muchas personas a participar en esta para formar grandes capitales, y hoy en día son muchas entre ellas organizaciones que han adoptado las características esenciales que la conforman Incluyendo propiedad, inversión, distribución de beneficios de distribución y control de empresas, para una forma moderna de organizar la economía de los monopolios o sociedades tradicionales y sociedades de responsabilidad limitada.
