Resumen de Instituciones de la Memoria. Reflexiones sobre sus particularidades

  Archivos, bibliotecas y museos son los pilares básicos para documentar la memoria de la humanidad y por eso se designan como Instituciones de la Memoria. Estas instituciones tienen como misión común conservar, comunicar y difundir bienes culturales de diferentes naturalezas, que se asumen como fuentes de información y conocimiento. Así, nos proponemos reflejar sobre las principales especificidades de las instituciones de la memoria en el conjunto de las instituciones culturales y también de cada una de ellas individualmente.

  Archives, libraries and museum are the basics pillars to document the memory of humanity and they named memory institutions.

  Those institutions have the mission to preserve, to communicate and to divulge the cultural heritage of different nature and they assume like a source of information and knowledge.

  We propose to reflect about the specificness of memory institutions, in the set of cultural institutions and each one individually.
