  En el artículo se realiza, por un lado, una revisión de los postulados y categorías básicas que presentan las teorías neoclásica y del trabajo dual y segmentado respecto al funcionamiento del mercado de trabajo; particularmente se propone reflexionar sobre el trabajo de las mujeres y, desde una visión crítica, plantea que dichas posturas teóricas resultan simplistas al abordar la problemática del trabajo femenino. Por otro lado, intenta dar cuenta de las reflexiones analíticas, propuestas en los trabajos de diversas autoras, que reflejan la diversidad de planteamientos teórico-interpretativos en torno al trabajo de la mujer.

  In the article he/she is carried out, on one hand, a revision, of the postulates and basic categories that present the theories neoclassicist and of the dual work and segmented regarding the operation of the work market; particularly he/she intends to meditate on the work of the women and, from a critical vision it outlines that this theoretical postures are simplistic when approaching the problem of the feminine work. On the other hand, he/she tries to give bill of the analytic reflections, proposals in the works of diverse authors that it reflects the diversity of interpretive theoretical positions around the woman’s work.
