    This article discusses the importance of the archives of the Police Station for Political and Social Order in ParanáDOPS-PR, as a space for research and construction of a memory on Education and Human Rights. The time frame is two periods of Brazilian History: from 19937 to 1945 and from 1964 to 1985, witch were of dictatorial regimes and which made use of the legal apparatus and political police in surveillance, repression and sanctioning actions Against those considered enemies. It is documentary research whose sources are the documents that make up the Dossier Collection of DOPS, under the custody of the Public Archives of Paraná. The Dossiers bring the individualized record of actions, violations of rights by political agents and also the resistance processes of teachers, students and educational institutions in the face of legal regulations. These documents can be consulted by all citizens and constitute an important source of historical research. These documents are important billing a memory about Educations and Human Rights, about the right of memory and the possibility of Building in the reflection on Educations in Human Rights. The documentary corpus will be analyzed in an interdisciplinary perspective with, Piovesan (2017), Gaspari (2002), Foucault (2008), Garcia (2011), Le Goff (2012), Bacellar (2005) and Silva Filho (2010).

    Este artigo discute a importância dos arquivos da Delegacia de Ordem Política e Social no Paraná DOPS-PR, como espaço de pesquisa e construção de uma memória sore a Educação e Direitos Humanos. O recorte temporal é dois períodos da história do Brasil: de 1937 a 1945 e de 964ª 1985, que foram de regimes ditatoriais e que fizeram uso do aparato legal e da polícia política nas ações de vigilância, repressão e sanção aos considerados inimigos. É uma pesquisa documental, cujas fontes são os documentos que compões a Coleção Dossiês da DOPS, sob a guarda do Arquivo Público do Paraná. Os Dossiês e trazem o registro individualizado das ações, as violações dos direitos por parte dos agentes políticos e também os processos de resistência de professores, estudantes e instituições educacionais ante as normativas legais. Estes documentos podem ser consultados por todos os cidadãos e constituem-se em importante fonte de pesquisa histórica. Estes documentos são importantes na construção de uma memória sobre a Educação e os Direitos Humanos, sobre o direito à memória e a possibilidade de construir uma sociedade mais justa e democrática. Os arquivos se constituem como espaços de memória, são educativos na reflexão da Educação em Direitos Humanos. O corpus documental será analisado em perspectiva interdisciplinar com Piovesan (2017), Gaspari (2002) Foucault (2008), Garcia (2011) Le Goff (2012), Bacellar (2005) e Silva Filho (2010).
