Luigi Ferrajoli es un jurista que puede ser adscrito en la corriente denominada pacifismo jurídico. El modelo que Ferrajoli propone se caracteriza por el importante papel que le otorga al constitucionalismo y a su relación con la paz. A examinar la proyección que el constitucionalismo y la paz tienen en la obra jurídica de este autor está dedicado este trabajo que busca presentar las ideas principales del modelo, determinar la función asignada en él al constitucionalismo y a la paz e indicar cuál es el futuro que el propio autor le reconoce a su propuesta.

Luigi Ferrajoli is a professor of law who can be attached to the current called legal pacifism. The model that Ferrajoli proposes is characterized by the important role it gives to constitutionalism and its relationships to peace. To examine the projection that constitutionalism and peace have in the legal work of this author is dedicated to this work that seeks to present the main ideas of the model, determine the role assigned in constitutionalism and peace and indicate what is that the author himself recognizes in his proposal.
