Resumen de Relaciones políticas entre grupos chichimecas nahuas y tének en el Epiclásico y Posclásico de Mesoamérica

El presente trabajo tiene la finalidad de analizar las relaciones prehispánicas existentes entre grupos chichimecas nahuas y tének durante el período Posclásico de Mesoamérica (900 – 1521 d.C.). Para ello, la investigación está basada en el examen de evidencias arqueológicas de discursos político religiosos (esculturas), pero también en documentos escritos y pictográficos del siglo XVI. La finalidad es comprender dichas relaciones de poder, con el fin de determinar si pudo existir o no, una identidad compartida entre grupos de la frontera Norte de Mesoamérica, y a su vez, si pudo influir en el devenir histórico de estas sociedades al consolidarse el dominio mexica, hacia finales del siglo XV.

The present work has the purpose of analyzing the pre-Hispanic relations existing between Nahua and Tének Chichimeca groups during the Postclassic period of Mesoamerica (900 - 1521 A.D.). To do this, the research is based on the examination of archaeological evidence of religious political speeches (sculptures), but also in written and pictographic documents from the 16th century. The purpose is to understand these power relations, in order to determine whether or not there could be an identity shared between groups of the Northern border of Mesoamerica, and in turn, if it could influence the historical evolution of these societies by consolidating the domain Mexica, towards the end of the 15th century.
