Resumen de Sustracción internacional de niños en tiempos de pandemia Covid–19

El artículo tiene como objetivo generar el diálogo constructivo y conciencia sobre la convención sobre la sustracción internacional de niños, su aplicación y seguimiento en tiempos de Covid–19. A tal efecto, se toman en cuenta las decisiones y recomendaciones del sistema interamericano de derechos humanos, con el fin de otorgar una herramienta útil y orientadora a la hora de construir una respuesta adecuada a la cuestión frente a la crisis sanitaria mundial.

The article aims to generate constructive dialogue and awareness about the convention on international child abduction, its application and monitoring in times of Covid– 19. To this end, the decisions and recommendations of the inter– American human rights system are taken into account, in order to provide a useful and guiding tool when building an adequate response to the question facing the global sanitary crisis.
