    This article analyses the need for contingent liabilities to be subject to the terms of collective refinancing agreements and to be taken into account in the calculation of majorities envisaged in Articles 599 and 607 of the Restated Text of the Spanish Insolvency Act (TRLC), as the new Insolvency Act is expected to confirm putting an end to the current debate
