El artículo plantea la formación y el inicio de la evolución del pintor Juan Fernández Lacomba, una vez superadas sus primeras obras y su temprana atracción por la pintura previa a la época de su formación universitaria. En los años que nos ocupan inició las claves de un procedimiento singular con el que llegó a un modo muy personal en la representación del espacio, resuelto con claves plásticas propias con las que superó los términos establecidos en las representaciones en perspectiva de tradición académica. Esa construcción singular del espacio, mediante reglas plásticas que se definen en las relaciones internas y no en la respuesta visual a estímulos externos, fue fundamental en sus interpretaciones del paisaje y en las distintas etapas abstractas de su pintura, la primera de ella analizada aquí

The article presents the training and the beginning of the evolution of the painter Juan Fernández Lacomba, once his first works and his early attraction to painting were completed prior to the time of his university training. In the years that concern us, he began the keys of a singular procedure with which he arrived at a very personal way in the representation of space, resolved with his own plastic keys with which he exceeded the terms established in the representations in perspective of academic tradition. The singular construction of space through plastic rules that are defined in internal relationships and not in the visual response to external stimuli, was fundamental in his interpretations of the landscape and in the different abstracts stages of his painting, the first of them analyzed here
