    La versión rusa y la española del art. 22.1 del Convenio de 1990 entre el Reino de España y la Unión de Repúblicas Socialistas Soviéticas sobre asistencia judicial en materia civil dicen cosas distintas sobre organización del procedimiento de solicitud del exequatur. Es muy difícil que un tribunal se aparte de la letra de la norma, pero lo cierto es que lo que publica el BOE carece de sentido, es ilógico. Existen no obstante instrumentos idóneos en nuestro ordenamiento para reconstruir la norma y hacerle decir lo que debe querer decir.

    The Russian and Spanish versions of Article 22.1 of the 1990 Convention between the Kingdom of Spain and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on Mutual Assistance in Civil Matters say different things about the organization of the exequatur procedure. It is very difficult for a court to depart from the letter of the rule, of course, but the truth is that what the BOE publishes is meaningless, it is illogical. Nevertheless, there are suitable instruments in our system to reconstruct the norm and make it say what it must mean.
