    En Colombia ha existido desde hace varios años el conflicto armado, lo que originó innumerables enfrentamientos, en los que resultaron personas y familias víctimas de dicho flagelo. Todo esto ha sido permeado por disposiciones como la Ley de Víctimas y Restitución de Tierras, con la cual se han buscado medidas de indemnización administrativa hacia las personas que fueron afectadas. Dentro de ello se ha generado una política pública basada en distintos componentes, entre los cuales se encuentra la prevención, atención, reparación integral, satisfacción, garantías de no repetición y justicia. El objetivo de este artículo consiste en identificar las condiciones sociales para el proceso de implementación de la medida de Indemnización Administrativa de la Política Pública de Víctimas y Restitución de Tierras en el barrio Villa Alegría del municipio de Carmen de Bolívar. Esta investigación se basó en un diseño descriptivo mediante un enfoque mixto, donde se especifican las condiciones en las cuales se encuentran las familias del barrio Villa Alegría.

    In Colombia, the armed conflict has existed for several years, which led to innumerable confrontations, in which people and families were victims of this scourge. All of this has been permeated by provisions such as the Victims and Land Restitution Law, which has sought measures of administrative compensation for the people who were affected. Within this, a public policy has been generated based on different components, among which are prevention, care, comprehensive reparation, satisfaction, guarantees of non-repetition and justice. The objective of this article is to identify the social conditions for the implementation process of the measure of Administrative Compensation of the Public Policy for Victims and Land Restitution in the Villa Alegria neighborhood of the Carmen de Bolívar municipality. This research was based on a descriptive design using a mixed approach, where the conditions in which the families of the Villa Alegria neighborhood are found are specified.
