Resumen de La transgresión de lo tradicional y el código ético en Un perro andaluz (filme 1929)

Este artículo reconstruye el contexto histórico y cinematográfico que permitió que la película de Luis Buñuel y Salvador Dalí tuviera una intencionalidad distinguible. Para demostrar ese acápite, retomo los estudios críticos que se han hecho en torno a este cortometraje, así como las categorías pertinentes de las vanguardias del dadaísmo y el surrealismo, junto con el psicoanálisis de Sigmund Freud y Jacques Lacan. Con todo ello, propongo que el objetivo de este trabajo es fundamentar las razones que generaron que esta producción fílmica estuviera orientada a transgredir lo tradicional y lo ético de la sociedad europea. Esa volición solo se lograría desde la epifanía de su arte onírico e inconexo.

This paper reconstructs the historical and cinematographic context that allowed Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dalí’s film to have a distinguishable intention. To demonstrate this section, I return to the critical studies that have been made around this short film, as well as the pertinent categories of the avant-garde of Dadaism and Surrealism, together with the psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan. With all this, I propose that the objective of this work is to substantiate the reasons that generated that this film production was oriented to transgress the traditional and the ethical of European society. And that volition would only be achieved from the epiphany of his dreamlike and disconnected art.
