    Se problematizan las categorías de individuo, ciudadano, familia y Estado en el contexto del mercado, a la luz de la dinámica reconfigurativa de la institución presupuestal. Para el efecto, 1) reflexiona sobre el ciudadano y su pertinencia sociológica, explicitando conexiones con la institución presupuestal, y 2) contextualiza y situa el sistema presupuestal entre los roles de ciudadano y el Estado.

    The categories of individual, citizen, family and State are problematized in the context of the market, in light of the reconfigurative dynamics of the budgetary institution. For this purpose, 1) it reflects on the citizen and its sociological relevance, making explicit connections with the budgetary institution, and 2) it contextualizes and situates the budgetary system between the roles of citizen and the State.
