  Las violencias que ejerce una cultura hegemónica patriarcal están tan arraigadas que parecen naturales, aun cuando no se identifique que se fue o se es víctima, es imposible ser mujer y no vivir con el flagelo de la violencia machista. El Diplomado en Feminicidio, Resiliencia y Paz, develó las formas en que el machismo opera, pero lo más importante mostró las múltiples maneras en que las mujeres resisten y dejó como enseñanza fortalecer los vínculos de sororidad para nunca más ser violentadas.

  Una mujer, todas a la vez: resistiendo a la violencia, es una recopilación de historias de niñas y mujeres, que han confiado a las autoras, sus testimonios de violencia en infidencias de camaradería como amigas hasta denuncias recibidas en el ejercicio de ser profesionales. En este escrito encontrarán la historia de una mujer que vive las violencias que todas han sufrido, desde los roles femeninos estereotipados, pasando por maternidades tempranas o no deseadas, hasta el arraigo del amor romántico, como una reflexión para desajustar la venda de la costumbre y la obediencia, y tener el derecho a una vida libre de violencias.

  The violent practices held by a patriarchal hegemonic culture are so ingrained that they seem natural, even when we do not identify that we were or are victims, it is impossible to be a woman and not to be beaten by the scourge of sexist violence. The Diploma in Femicide, Resilience and Peace, revealed to our eyes the ways in which machism operates, but most importantly, it showed us the multiple ways in which we resist and taught us to strengthen our bonds of sisterhood to never be violated again. One woman, all at the same time: resisting violence is a compilation of stories of girls and women, who have entrusted the authors with their testimonies of violence in infidences of friendship as Friends, even complaints received in the exercise of being professionals. In this article you will find the story of a woman who lives the violence which we all have suffered, from stereotypical female roles, through early or unwanted maternity, to the roots of romantic love, as a reflection for loosen the bandage of habit and obedience, and have the right of a life free of violence.
