    Obra con texto de la escritora almeriense Carmen de Burgos (1867-1932) para Soprano y Guitarra. De su libro Poemas del Alma, donde habla de su dolor por las traiciones de su amado, el texto se desenvuelve cercano a la lírica popular. He elegido poemas sueltos estructurándolos en tres secciones: la primera, trágica, donde la poeta habla del cariño que siente y como ha sido traicionada, la segunda, casi nostálgica, donde en un momento expresa su agradecimiento al amado por la felicidad que le ha proporcionado y, la tercera, nuevamente trágica donde incluso le desea al amado los tormentos del infierno. La guitarra acompaña tratando de seguir al texto con una intención descriptiva entre culta y popular, siendo en la tercera sección donde más se refuerza el ambiente popular en el acompañamiento, como si fuese un Verdial.

    Composition for Soprano and Guitar with text by the writer of Almeria Carmen de Burgos (1867-1932). From her book Poemas del Alma, where she talks about her pain for the betrayals of her loved one, the text unfolds close to the popular lyric. I have chosen individual poems structuring them in three sections: the first, tragic, where the poet speaks of the affection she feels and how she has been betrayed, the second, almost nostalgic, where at one point she expresses her gratitude to her loved one for the happiness he has provided her and, the third, tragic again where she even wishes the beloved the torments of hell. The guitar accompanies trying to follow the text with a descriptive intention between academic and popular, being in the third section where the popular atmosphere in the accompaniment is most reinforced, as if it were a Verdial.
