    In paragraph 26 of art. 1 of delegated law n. 137 of 21 September 2021 the enabling law provides for an articulated discipline of the office for the process, conceived as a stable and not "emergency" organizational structure, destined to operate even after achievement of the objectives of the P.N.R.R.

    The Trial Office, in the spirit of the reform, should represent an instrument of modernization of the activities of the judicial offices, with the aim of reducing the duration of the process.

    Al comma 26 dell’art. 1 la legge delega 27 settembre 2021, n. 134 prevede un’articolata disciplina dell’ufficio per il processo, concepita come struttura organizzativa stabile e non “emergenziale”, destinata a operare anche dopo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi del P.N.R.R.

    L’Ufficio per il processo, nello spirito della riforma, dovrebbe rappresentare uno strumento di modernizzazione dell’attività degli uffici giudiziari, con l’obiettivo di ridurre i tempi di durata del processo.
