    A partir de una amplia revisión bibliográfica el artículo fundamenta criterios de personalidades de las ciencias sociales y las artes literarias acerca de la relación historia-literatura artística y su vigencia en la formación de una cultura integral del docente de Marxismo e Historia. El artículo tiene como objetivo esencial ofrecer la relación historia-literatura artística para incentivar la lectura y utilización de obras de la literatura artística en la labor profesional.

    A wide bibliographic review made possible the foundations of history-artistic literature based upon the criteria of personalities on social sciences and literary arts about the relationship between history and artistic literature, and its influence on the formation of a comprehensive culture of the Marxism and History teacher. The objective of this paper is to show the relationship between history and artistic literature in order to enhance reading and the use of artistic literature works in their professional task.
