Economic globalization, European integration, and migratory movements have affected decisively in the labour relations. For this reason, it is important to think about the consequences that may have these phenomena on the protective function of Labour Law. In this paper, we offer some reflections about this and we concluded that one of the solutions to the problems caused by the economic globalization is to fight against the causes that produce them (basically economic and political underdevelopment of these countries). International cooperation policies are more necessary than ever, and they must be more determined and effective.
