Resumen de The impact of new information and communication technologies on labour law: some reflections
New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) have affected decisively in the labour relations. For this reason, it is important to reflect about the consequences that may have this phenomenon on the protective function of Labour Law. In this paper, we offer some reflections about these subjects and we concluded that the only way to overcome the impact of new technologies on the Labour Law is to isolate each specific and problematic aspect, and analyze its real influence. This means that we must avoid global and abstract discourses, and to focus on concrete parameters because Labour Law is more necessary than ever in a “technologized” society.
