    The article examines the Russian and international experience of organizing legal activities using innovative digital technologies that allow organizing the effective work of a lawyer in legal support of economic and other regulated activities, preparing for the adoption of regulatory legal acts, optimizing legal proceedings. The authors assess the possibilities and prospects of using intelligent digital systems in the practice of a professional lawyer, law-making, the use of artificial intelligence in the field of justice, as well as the risks that such use may carry.
