  • Resumen
    • During the lessons held at the Collège de France in 1976, entitled Society must be defended, Foucault rebuilds historically how French sovereigns in the 17th century constituted absolute power through force, but also through the use of Roman law, against customary rights. Foucault when talking about civil wars, gave the word to the losers by recognizing their rights of resistance and freedom.
