Buenas prácticas contables y financieras ante el impacto del Covid-19. Caso: Joyerías artesanales de Chordeleg

    Durante el proceso de investigación, se identificó que las joyerías artesanales del cantón Chordeleg, Provincia del Azuay, presentaron disminuciones en sus activos circulantes, inducidas por una depresión en sus ventas y menor índice de flujo de efectivo e incremento de los índices de endeudamiento a consecuencia de la pandemia del COVID-19, situación que ha generado grandes dificultades para enfrentar la crisis económica. Por tal motivo, el objetivo principal del estudio es diseñar un plan estratégico financiero contable. Metodológicamente fue de tipo descriptivo, aplicándose un cuestionario, una guía de entrevista, además de efectuarse un análisis horizontal y vertical con cálculo de los ratios económicos. En conclusión, se determinó insuficiente cultura de planificación financiera dentro de las joyerías de la zona, proponiéndose acciones a través de objetivos plasmados en un cuadro de mando integral e indicadores de gestión para su seguimiento.

    During the investigation process, it was identified that the artisan jewelers of the Chordeleg canton, Province of Azuay, presented decreases in their current assets, induced by a depression in their sales and a lower cash flow index and an increase in the indebtedness index as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic, a situation that has generated great difficulties to face the economic crisis. For this reason, the main objective of the study is to design a strategic financial accounting plan. Methodologically it was descriptive, applying a questionnaire, an interview guide, in addition to a horizontal and vertical analysis with calculation of the economic ratios. In conclusion, insufficient financial planning culture was determined within the jewelry stores in the area, proposing actions through objectives set out in a comprehensive scorecard and management indicators for monitoring.
