Resumen de Auditoría de cumplimiento tributario y su efecto en el riesgo impositivo

  La Auditoría Tributaria permite descubrir y corregir errores tributarios que pueden afectar los resultados financieros de una organización, por consiguiente, en la presente investigación para evaluar el cumplimiento tributario en organizaciones de la Economía Popular y Solidaria, como es el caso particular de ASOPRASCLABA dedicada a la producción y comercialización de peces de agua dulce, se plantea determinar los componentes de la auditoría tributaria para verificar que las disposiciones tributarias se cumplan de forma correcta y oportuna. Esta investigación fue de tipo descriptiva no experimental, el levantamiento de información se realizó a través de la aplicación de encuestas. Los resultados evidenciaron que algunas transacciones efectuadas por los socios, no se encuentran respaldadas con su comprobante de venta, por consiguiente, la asociación no está cumpliendo de forma adecuada con sus obligaciones, lo que podría motivar sanciones por parte de la Administración Tributaria

  The Tax Audit allows discovering and correcting tax errors that may affect the financial results of an organization, therefore, in this research to evaluate tax compliance in organizations of the Popular and Solidarity Economy, as is the particular case of ASOPRASCLABA dedicated to the production and commercialization of freshwater fish, it is proposed to determine the components of the tax audit to verify that the tax provisions are complied with correctly and in a timely manner. This research was of a descriptive, non-experimental type, the information gathering was carried out through the application of surveys. The results showed that some transactions carried out by the partners are not supported by their sales receipt, therefore, the association is not adequately complying with its obligations, which could lead to sanctions by the Tax Administration.
