Perspectiva docente y de estudiantes sobre el uso de la plataforma virtual Esemtia

    Se vislumbran deficiencias en temas de innovación educativa, escasa inversión en infraestructura y conectividad en las instituciones, sin embargo en algunas instituciones públicas y privadas adoptaron con anticipación plataformas virtuales para enfrentar de manera solvente la educación presencial y ahora la virtualidad que enfrentan las instituciones. El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar las perspectivas de los docentes y estudiantes sobre el uso de la plataforma educativa institucional Esemtia en la Unidad Educativa Agronómico Salesiano-Paute, se aplica un diseño no experimental, con enfoque metodológico cuantitativo-cualitativo de corte transversal, se entrevista a directivos de la institución y se aplica una encuesta en línea con modelo de Likert a docentes y estudiantes para conocer sus opiniones acerca del uso de la plataforma, finalmente se analizan los resultados con el programa informático SPSS, demostrando las ventajas, desventajas y los aspectos a considerar para el uso eficiente de la plataforma.

    There are deficiencies in educational innovation issues, little investment in infrastructure and connectivity in institutions, however in some public and private institutions they adopted virtual platforms in advance to solve face-to-face education and now the virtuality faced by institutions. The objective of this research is to analyze the perspectives of teachers and students on the use of the Esemtia institutional educational platform in the Salesiano-Paute Agronomic Educational Unit, a non-experimental design is applied, with a cross-sectional quantitative-qualitative methodological approach, Directors of the institution are interviewed and an online survey with a Likert model is applied to teachers and students to find out their opinions about the use of the platform, finally the results are analyzed with the SPSS computer program, demonstrating the advantages, disadvantages and the aspects to consider for the efficient use of the platform.
