  Este trabajo analiza el injustificable carácter exótico que tiene la Carta Social Europea, en cuanto que fuente reguladora de las relaciones laborales individuales y colectivas, y de seguridad social, existentes entre el Consejo de Europa y el personal laboral ordinario que contrata, a través de su Secretario General.
