Resumen de SISTEMA DE ACTIVIDADES PARA DESARROLLAR LA ORIENTACIÓN PROFESIONAL PEDAGÓGICA EN ESTUDIANTES DE 10mo GRADO IPVCP: NELSON FERNÁNDEZ

  La orientación profesional y en particular la orientación hacia las especialidades pedagógicas ha devenido en prioridad del Sistema Educativo Cubano y en particular de los Instituto preuniversitario vocacional de ciencias pedagógicas (IPVCP), dadas las necesidades crecientes de docentes que demanda el país, de ahí la importancia de su tratamiento por la vía del trabajo científico. En la investigación se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico, del nivel empírico y del nivel matemático – estadístico, los cuales posibilitaron la búsqueda y procesamiento de información obtenida y con ello el conocimiento de los antecedentes teórico - metodológicos de la problemática, las potencialidades, carencias que aún subsisten en el IPVCP Nelson Fernández de Sagua la Grande y sus causas. A partir de ello se concibe un sistema de actividades que los especialistas valoran de positivo, útil y necesario, al fundamentar la posibilidad de su aplicación en el contexto de la escuela cubana actual.

  Professional orientation and particularly orientation towards pedagogical specialities has turned into a priority of the Cuban Educational System, and particularly in the Vocational Institutes of Pedagogical Scences (VIPS) for the increasing demand of teachers in our country. Hence the importance of treating professional orientation through scientific work. The investigation made use of differents methods from the theorical, empirical and mathematical statistic levels which enabled the processing of the information gathered and the establishment of the methodological and theorical antecedents of the problem, the weaknesses and strings that still exist in the VIPS Nelson Fernández. A system of activities was conceived and the specialist evaluate as positive and useful because it slates the possibility of application in the Cuban school context.
